About ""Child Soldiers" (NEG)"
AFF plan will require the US to limit export of weapons to any groups/countries that use child soldiers (under 18). The overarching issue with this case is an ethnocentric prejudice that we know better than they how their culture should function. There may be valid cultural reasons or security threats big enough to justify it, and we have no moral standing to criticize them. In addition, the harms of child soldiers are exaggerated, and most of them join voluntarily, some for perfectly valid reasons.
